Who is like unto Thee, O Lord who is like unto Thee O Lord, among the gods who is like Thee, You are glorious in holiness, fearful in praising doing wonders, halleluiah. // O Lord my God, how Excellent is Your Name in all the earth, how Wonderful is Your Name 2x.

Faithful Father, we Thank You for Your faithfulness, we Thank You for Your greatness, among the gods there is none to compare Thee with. Thank You for great and wonderful things You are doing in our lives and environs. Thank You Lord, Thank You Father.

Receive our praise o Lord, let glory and honour belongs to You Lord receive our praise O Lord.

Beloved, a little addition on our yesterday teaching. Do you know that often times the Lord had visited us and have provided for us what we are asking from him but we are afraid to move forward and possess our possession? It has also been observed that we lack the power when it comes to exercising our faith in God miracles and goodness. But Apostle Peter had to say in 1 Peter 2:6- those who believed in Him shall not be confounded.

Ask God for help from above to believe, trust and walk in His grace all the days of our life in Jesus name.

In PCL today, we are still leaning on yesterday foundation. “The Lamb is our light thereof.” Therefore, Christ is our light in darkness. Is that same with you? Are you professing Jesus where you are? Is your life showing forth His glory within and outside your influence?

You cannot show forth enduring light if you are not attached to Jesus, the light of the whole world.

We are light in the World, how far reaching is our light? Are you on a lamp-stand shining to all those in the house and before men in the world so that your Father in heaven may be glorified or are you under a bushel?  Is important you know lest you get exhausted especially in our times when everything around us is making a demand on our time.

However, there is a way out, engraft yourself to the sun of righteousness whose light never goes down nor out. Jesus the Bright Morning Star is your light in darkness, like the moon, orbit around Him. Then will the Lord be thou lamp and lightens your darkness. Let get going:

“For thou art my lamp, O Lord: and the Lord will lighten my darkness.” 2Sam. 22:29

Am I in the light? Then thou, O Lord, art my lamp. Take thee away, and my joy would be gone; but as long as thou art with me, I can do without the torches of time and the candles of created comfort. What a light the presence of God casts on all things! We heard of a lighthouse which could be seen for twenty miles, but our Jehovah is not only a God at hand, but far off is He seen, even in the enemy 5 country. O Lord, I am as happy as an angel when thy love fills my heart. Thou art all my desire.

Am I in the dark? Then thou, O Lord, wilt lighten my darkness. Before long things will change. Affairs may grow more and more dreary, and cloud may be piled upon cloud; but if it grow so dark that I cannot see my own hand, still I shall see the hand of the Lord.

When I cannot find a light within me, or among my friends, or in the whole world, the Lord, who said “Let there be light,” and there was light, can say the same again. He will speak me into the sunshine yet. I shall not die but live. The day is already breaking. This sweet text shines like a morning star. I shall clap my hands for joy ere many hours are passed.

Beloved, light of great essence for our continually existence. The light of Christ in us will help us hunger and thirst after righteousness God.

One man who desired earnestly to know God was Moses. When God sent Moses to go and recue His people from Egypt, Moses ask Him, who will I said that sent me? The people of Israel knew the works of God but Moses knew His ways. He knew God face to face.

Do you desire to know God? Do You want to see God face to face? If He did for Moses, He can still do it to another. If you that person then read on:

 Hunger To Know God

In his hunger to know God, Moses made three requests of the Holy One:

“Teach me Your ways.”

Unlike Moses, who longed to comprehend the ways of God, our focus is often centered on self-promotion, self-pity, and self-preservation. God reminds us of the gap between His magnificent attributes and our limited understanding:

My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My waysAs the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8a, 9)

So if we are to know God and His ways, we must first begin to grasp the bankruptcy and futility of our practices. It is only then that we are positioned spiritually, like Moses, to cry out to learn the ways of God.

“Grant me Your Presence.”

During the desert journey, Moses realized that to continue he must experience the accompanying Presence of God. In response to his intense request God reassured him, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (Exodus 33:14)

So today, if you are lacking an inner sense of rest, perhaps you need to entreat His Presence to lead you through your endeavors.

“Show me Your glory.”

Paul, who understood his own inclination toward self-glorification, wrote:

God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” (Galatians 6:14 – kjv)

QUESTION: In exactly what are you glorying? In the cross of Christ, or in your bank account?

In the cross of Christ, or in the power you wield over others? In the cross of Christ, or in the recognition you receive from your colleagues?

It is only when we transfer our focus from self-glorification to a passion for His glory that we can begin to experience and comprehend intimacy with Him.

There difference in a man’s life is God. Beloved are determine to be different then covet God. Let His light shine in and through you in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
