Beloveth… Jesus He  dey here ….e  dey… Clap for Jesus…. What A Great Month indeed with A Great God…. Our God is Super Wonder Working God … He truly walks in the affairs of men… I can say in this month of August… when people say there is casting down… and we shall say there is a lifting… Praise the Name of the Lord….

Beloveth… we are partakers of what God did in this wonderful month of the Lord… God made Great His Name… in the midst of His People… It was indeed a celebration month for me… The Lord delivered me and made me whole… I rejoiced in the midst of it all for the Word of God said at the end it must surely speak… and indeed it speak… I am so grateful to God to and always and am sure you are also rejoicing in the Lord our Saviour… Praise the Name of the Lord….

Beloveth as we rap up this month… I want you to know that there are decisions or choices that must be made to fulfill destines and be all God planned for us to be…

We are products of our decisions or choices we made… Yes! we are products of the daily choices or decisions we make whether individually or collectively… over time it shows… So we must be mindful of decisions we make… the thoughts will shows forth… the results we show at the end …

What are those choices you have made over time that resulted in wise decisions also what are those choices you made that were not good at all?…

The Word of God came to the people of Israelite through Joshua… and he said to them choose yea today whom you will serve but for me and my household we will serve the Lord. Josh.24:15

Moses choose to be called a Hebrew boy than be called the Pharaoh’s son (Exo.2:11-15)…. Abraham when called by God heeded the call than staying back at Haran Gen.12:1-5. Elisha was a very successful in his business when Elijah called him and he left everything and followed him (1King.19:19-21).

Beloveth, we may not be facing the pressures of making choices to serve the Living God or Baal… The pressures of this presence day is different… and is more tense… when compared with what went on during the Bible Days…

Unfortunately people are confused and they are pained… Some don’t even know what to believe again… but we must know God with us in every situation we may be facing today… for He promised never to leave us nor forsake us… therefore… we are not afraid of what satan and His cohorts, the  world and all its allurement… but we are to stand tall as God’s children ruled by the Holy Spirit…

We ask for Spirit of God to help us… when are to make choices…and with that we will not miss it…

Choices

By the time you notice this page, you may be already screaming through your day.

Pressure. The incessant telephone. Deadlines. Unsolvable issues. Perhaps a temptation or two. Today, as His follower, you and I are faced with choices on how we will respond to the pounding pace and pressure. The demand for decisions. And so I will choose:

I CHOOSE LOVE…

No occasion justifies hatred; no injustice warrants bitterness. I choose to love. Today I will love God and what God loves. (1 Corinthians 16:14)

I CHOOSE JOY…

I will invite God to be the God of my circumstances. I will refuse the temptation to be cynical… the tool of the lazy thinker. I will refuse to see people as anything less than human beings, created by God. I will refuse to see any problem as anything less than an opportunity to see God. (1 Peter 1:8)

I CHOOSE PEACE…

I will live forgiven. I will forgive so that I may live. (Colossians 3:12-14)

I CHOOSE PATIENCE…

I will overlook the inconveniences of the world. Instead of cursing the one who takes my place, I’ll invite him to do so. Rather than complain that the wait is too long, I will thank God for a moment to pray. Instead of clenching my fist at new assignments, I will face them with joy and courage. (Ecclesiastes 7:8, 9)

I CHOOSE KINDNESS…

I will be kind to the poor, for they are alone. Kind to the rich, for they are afraid. And kind to the unkind, for such is how God treated me. (Ephesians 4:32)

I CHOOSE FAITHFULNESS…

Today, I will keep my promises. My debtors will not regret their trust. My associates will not question my word. My wife will not question my love. My children will never fear that their father will not come home. (1 Corinthians 15:58)

I CHOOSE GENTLENESS…

Nothing is won by force; I choose to be gentle. If I raise my voice, may it only be in praise. If I clench my fist, may it be only in prayer. If I make a demand, may it only be of myself. (Titus 3:1, 2)

 I CHOOSE SELF-CONTROL…

I am a spiritual being. After this body is dead, my spirit will soar. I refuse to let what will rot rule the eternal. I will be drunk only by joy. I will be impassioned only by my faith. I will be influenced only by God. I will be taught only by Christ. I choose self-control. (Titus 1:8)

Beloveth… these choices may not be easy in the face of circumstance but we choose to love than hate… we choose self-control against anger, we choose gentleness when provoked …we choose to remain faithful even when situation is saying otherwise…

Beloveth… know that we have a Father that never fail or disappoint… He is Our Shield, Our Defender and Our strength…

beloveth… let us also grow in grace as told us by Apostle Paul … 2Pet.3:18… But know too that our sufficiency is of God (2Cor.3:5).

Therefore let us draw near to God as we take our decision may God help us to always make the right choices… Ps.73:28

As we draw the curtain closed behind August… Pray that the Favour of God will go with us into the new month… Pray that the Spirit of God will guide us and make us ensigns of the Lord in Jesus name…

Remain blessed in the Lord.
