Wahoo! The Word of God had it that a soul that winneth soul is wise. We have also encourage us to keep reaching out to those we come encounter, ours is not get them to accept Christ but is to preach the Word to them and leave the Holy Spirit to do the rest.

Such as convincing and bring salvation to such people. We however, bring such people to part take of the ordinance like Baptism, Holy communion and receiving the Holy Spirit through laying of hands. Praise God!

Now can answer this question “How impact are you in your World of influence.

Are seeking a manual on how to reach out to your lost friend or impact lives for Christ? Are you daily looking out for souls to bring to Lord? I know that if we make that our priority, the Lord will and bless us. Praise the Lord! These and many others we will be discovering as we go through the messages below. Let’s get going:

Impact!

I live 14 stories above two busy crossroads. From time-to-time I will hear the screech of tires… silence… and then IMPACT!

IMPACT! Isn’t that the effect we are to have with the Gospel upon our lost friends. But the IMPACT is to be primarily through the power of example: Salt that penetrates, and light that illuminates from our life to theirs. (Matthew 5:13, 16)

Paul told the Philippians, “I have given you a pattern” by which to live. (Philippians 3:17) That is, he had left an impression, a stamp, or imprint upon them. He had IMPACTED their lives by the power of his godly example.

I am reminded of missionary martyr Jim Elliot’s prayer, “Lord, make my life a crossroads in the life of every person I meet.

Years ago I played racquetball each week with a professional man who had given scant attention to spiritual matters. He did however pride himself on his self-control. Yet, occasionally in the course of a heated contest he would “lose it” by cursing or throwing his racquet across the court.

I can remember praying on numerous occasions during those intense moments of competition, Lord, help me to exhibit your love and character on this court. Help me to keep my cool.”

One day, after six months of intense competition, he asked if we might study the Scriptures together. Today he is a committed follower of Christ. Again, the power of example. IMPACT.

QUESTION: If it is true that the non-verbals do in fact speak more loudly than the verbals, what messages are you sending to your lost friends? To your children?

  • Messages of anger… greed… pride… and self-centeredness?
  • Or of brokenness… kindness, humility, servanthood, and dependence upon God?

How you answer that question spells the difference as to whether you are penetrating and illuminating them with the Gospel, or impeding them from the Gospel. (Adapted from FOTM)

Beloved, are you patterning your life according to the Word of God or otherwise? What message are sending across those you are meeting on your way? (What manner of person we ought to be). What is your role in winning the lost to Christ? Join me as we discover more below:

What Is Our Role In Winning The Lost To Christ?

Mark 4:26-29 gives us four helpful insights:

  1. WE ARE TO FAITHFULLY SOW THE SEED ON ALL KINDS OF SOIL:

In the parable of the sower (Mark 4:1-8, 14-20), Christ told of the person who threw the seed (the Gospel) on various types of soil (men’s hearts): hard, shallow, weed-infested, and “good.”

The sower’s job was not to inspect the condition of the soil, but to faithfully “scatter seed on the ground… ” (Mark 4:26b)

2.WE ARE TO STEP BACK AND ALLOW THE GOSPEL TO DO ITS WORK:

The inner-working of the Gospel upon a person’s heart is mysterious, God-directed, and beyond our control or efforts:

Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces grain… ” (Mark 4:27)

3.WE ARE TO OBSERVE THE SOIL:

It important for us to understand that before reaping the harvest, an orderly and timely growth process must first transpire:

First the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head.” (Mark 4:28)

4.WE ARE TO REAP THE HARVEST:

Because of our inclination toward procrastination, we could easily miss the opportune time to reap the harvest: “Do you not say, There are yet four months and then comes the harvest?I tell youthe fields are ripe for harvest. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.” (John 4:35; Mark 4:29)

I am intrigued with the fact that when Christ spoke of the partnership between sower and reaper He only offered a reward to the reaper: “One sows and another reapsThe reaper drawswages… ” (John 4:37, 36)

Perhaps He knew that reapers were in scarce supply and needed the added incentive!

At any rate, let’s get out there and sow the seed, step back, observe, and… harvest!

Beloved, did you read that. that wages are for reapers. It means that we must make effort to go after the souls that we spoke to concerning Christ fellow up on them and bring them in to the folds and God will reward us for it.

Praise the Name of the Lord!

Lord help me to sow, set back, observe and harvest. Jesus I will fail in place of harvest in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord
