Gracious God, hallow be Thy Name. Thank You Lord for Your goodness and love from creations. We are nothing aside You but in You, Father we are everything. Let all glory, honour, adoration be ascribe unto You alone in the Name of Jesus.
How good it is for brethren to fellowship in one accord. This is the crux in our Christendom. The enemy (devil) cannot stand the unity in the lives of a Christians, he had once fought at the Garden of Eden, he also fought among the Apostles, and he is still on revampage. The Lord will help us to overcome by the blood of Lamb and the confessions of our mouth in the Name of Jesus.
The Word of God is truth, is ageless, is timeless and will never change. Do not forsake the assembly or fellowship of one and another. It is your strength as a child of God. Once this is broken, we should prepared to reap the reward of the choices we made today. Don’t forget, there are choices and there are consequences. Let the priest and servants of the Lord raise up and fight this evil that is invading the land.
Discords at home has destroyed families and relationships at the work place. Many has left home where the peace and security has broken and so many had also despite the positions in their places of work or achievements seek their refuge in house of God, to worship among their brethren, to get healing and peace that is offered by God’s servants. If the cord is broken, the unity and peace once enjoyed will be destroyed and I fear how many will resort to self-destruction through the idleness of mind, with little and no fresh inflow of the Word of God.
May God gives you understanding in Jesus Name. Beloved, where do you run in time of crisis and challenges in life? Who do you sort after when you are in storms of life? It is very expedient to know that only “JESUS CAN SAVE”. If you call on Him, He will answer and show you great and might things which thou knoweth not. He is always at your right hand to guide you and protect you from all dangers of life:
I keep the Lord in mind always. Because He is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken.—Psalm 16:8
What does it mean to set the Lord always before you? It means that you choose to relate everything you encounter to your trust in God. What you choose to focus on becomes the dominant influence in your life. You may be a Christian, but if your focus is always on your problems, your problems will determine the direction of your life. If your focus is on people, then people will determine what you think and do. In biblical times, the right hand was the most distinguished position, reserved for one’s chief adviser and supporter. When you choose to focus on Christ, you invite Him to take the most important position in your life as Counselor and Defender.
Every time you face a new experience, you should turn to Christ for His interpretation and strength. When people insult you and mistreat you, you should seek direction from your Counselor regarding the right response. When you face a crisis, you should receive strength from the One at your right hand. When you experience need, you should consult your Counselor before you react. When you face a fearful situation, you should take courage from the Advocate at your right hand. Everything you do is in the context of your relationship to Christ.
What an incredible act of God’s grace that Christ should stand beside you to guide you and counsel you and defend you! How could you ever become dismayed over your situation with Christ at your right hand? What confidence this should give you!
I have a pretty experiences of challenges in life through so many personal experiences and those I counseled by the grace of God upon my in life. So I know that running to either God or Jesus may not in most cases the first option, most often than not it is the last option. But recently the Lord sent me a word that I will like to share with you. It brought healing to my life, family and ministry and sure it might be the missing “Maze” you having been looking for to go through your maze adventures in life.
In Isa 30:15 – in quietness and in trust shall be your strength. So when things you do not envisage begin to happen, go back to the One Who has the Map to lead you, go back God. The Lord also gave me another rheme recently which is in Phil 3:13- leaving what is behind and pressing forward. Maybe you need to do the same, you need the past and move forward. Here might lie you strength to bounce back and better.
God loves you (1Jn 4: 7). He cannot afford you to be in the wilderness of life for so long. If you will stop pointing accusing fingers but look up to Him, He will make you a WONDER again to behold. For this great love, He sent His Son so that we may live:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
Of all the stars in the sky the polestar is the most useful to the mariner. This text is a polestar, for it has guided more souls to salvation than any other Scripture. It is among promises what the Great Bear is among constellations.
Several words in it shine with peculiar brilliance. Here we have God’s love, with a “so” to it, which marks its measureless greatness. Then we have God’s gift in all its freeness and greatness. This also is God’s Son, that unique and priceless gift of a love which could never fully show itself till Heaven’s Only-begotten had been sent to live and die for men. These three points are full of light.
Then there is the simple requirement of believing, which graciously points to a way of salvation suitable for guilty men. This is backed by a wide description — “whosoever believeth in him.” Many have found room in “whosoever” who would have felt themselves shut out by a narrower word. Then comes the great promise, that believers in Jesus shall not perish, but have everlasting life. This is cheering to every man who feels that he is ready to perish, and that he cannot save himself. We believe in the Lord Jesus, and we have eternal life.
Are ready to starting believing in Him from today, beloved? It’s like we having problem with the word “believe”. Okay, may be we are going to be a bit liberal with English, can you start “trusting” Him, going forward.
Beloved, always remember that He knows what to do in all your circumstance in life, so run to Him, He will fix it.
