Let the living Praise the Lord, let the living Praise.// Come and see the Lord is good, come and see the Lord is good. There is nothing He cannot do, come and see the Lord is good.

Everybody testifying You are good. Father in heaven O God! Everybody is testifying of Your goodness that enduerth to all generation. Glory be to Your Name on high. How excellent is Your Name O Lord! What a Wonder You are faithful Father, hallow be Thy Name. Let Thy kingdom come and Thy will be done on earth. Thank You Father, thank You Lord.

Father who is like unto Thee, thank You for answers to prayers, You are been so good to us, come and have Your way again and do that which no man can do, blessed be Thy Name forever and ever in Jesus Name.

The topic before us is a very big issue in our world today. In the bit to accommodate these oftentimes we found ourselves in situation that makes us look as if we are liars. We tend to pretend as all is well even when we are hurting. Some people took a reference of Elisha and Shunammite woman (2 Kin 4: 23,26), but forgetting that in the next verse the same woman caught the feet of the prophet and poured out her heart.

It is good to bear our cross or pains maturing but to deny it is absolutely wrong. That is why we are call to fellowship with one another. When we are challenged, going through a difficult time, it is good to have someone you can share your pains with. Even if the person cannot solve it, at least you can pray together and God will always reach out to us through the person we chose to confide on.

I remember when I was greatly challenged by satan asking me “where is your testimony as you speak so highly of God?” Why has He not show off on your behalf as you keep announcing to everyone that cares to hear that “He is a Mighty God.”

This ringed in my brain for two days and on the third day while I was waiting for a bus to go so where for each time that thought came up I will start praying. I will speak in tongues as the Holy Spirit knows the deep things. Beloved the Spirit of God laid a bible verse in my heart at that moment and I jump as that word dropped in spirit, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ…..”  (Rom 1:16). Another version of it as put by Titus “ But I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have fully believed, and I am thoroughly persuaded that He is able to keep what I have given Him until the Day” (2Tim 1:12).

Beloved, that was the Sword of the Spirit that I used to wedge war against the kingdom of darkness that came up against me. I did not stop there as my Spirit led me call on someone to pray along with me. So I visited my mentor and told her what I was going through and she held hands with me and prayed for me. And she also helped me to resolve the pressing issue at hand.

Beloved, do not be deceived, even Jesus had it own time of pains and betrayal. He did not deny it even as a Son of God but He was faithful to the end. So we are not deny the challenges facing us rather we should face it with the help of God. Praying and seeking godly wisdom and partner to pull through.

I believe that we will learn how to handle issues going forward specially those challenging our faith after the ministration below. Even God knows what you can bear though and at what point you will need help, so learn to reach out because if you fail to seek God in your difficult times you will end up breaking under it.. May God save us and help us to stand through for God in every situation in Jesus Name.

The Choice Facing Us

Whoever is faithful in very little is also faithful in much.—Luke 16:10

What is denial? It is the attitude that avoids looking realistically at issues and pretends that things are not the way they are.

Most Christians (myself included) are to varying degrees held together by denial. Deep down we sense that if we were to face the realities of life openly and honestly, we might not be able to cope, and so we pretend things are not what they are.

I know Christians who pretend that what they have in life satisfies more than it does, or pretend they haven’t been hurt as badly as they have. They refuse to face and feel what is going on inside them, due to the strange belief that it is lack of faith on their part to admit to anything that is negative.

This faulty teaching—that we ought to ignore what is going on inside us instead of facing it and dealing with it—is responsible for more casualties in the Christian life than anything I know. A Christian psychologist says: “I am convinced that much of what we admire as spiritual maturity is a fragile adjustment to life based on the foundation of denial.” I would agree. My own observation would lead me to say that I have found some non-Christians to be more open and honest in facing what is going on inside them than some Christians.

Is denial a wise plan for life? Absolutely not. The choice, then, is stark: either to deny and live comfortably or to face every painful issue—and go on to climb the heights with God.

Prayer

Father, help me to see that I need never be afraid to face anything, for in You I have the resources to resolve all problems, not just skirt them. Show me how to blast denial right out of my life—once and for all. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

What do fools do?

What prophecy was fulfilled by the Pharisees?

May God help us in difficult moment in Jesus Name? Like the men that fought with Gideon may we stand through for God to be glorified in our in Jesus Name? I tell you today for that which the devil asked me “where is your testimony, today God has given me victory over it and as I write this pieces. Each moment I remembers what God did for me, I will simply start dancing and start singing hymn unto my Almighty Jehovah.

Beloved, if you are challenged as you are reading this piece, I will simply say “not to worry, make sure you are standing for God, you are doing what God can bless and this same God that did mine will not fail to do yours in Jesus Name.” He is the Almighty God, keep trusting in Him and He will see you through.

Beloved do not deny your pain rather always lift them up to God with thanksgiving and praises and you will see the Hand of God working on your behalf. The three Hebrew boys worshipped in the fiery furnace! Paul and Silas sang at the midnight hour in prison! Stephen worshipped as he was being stoned! Hannah worshipped when she was yet pregnant!

Join the throng of believers from every generation in history who have chosen to acknowledge their lack, pains, and desires, and pray with joy rather than denial.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
